Friendships

There will always come a time to say good bye to some friends... but nomatter what, I count it a blessing to even be there to share a few years with them.

Good byes arent necessary permanent and forever, it means growing up, being independent and treasuring it more.

Working..

Doing my EPMS (work review for the past half a year) now... Honey is outside ironing all the clothes (Iron Maiden?!)

Quite a good progress on my part since i can't get myself started for the past few days! It's like selling yourself and writing all that you have done for the past half a year... Should be able to finish it in another hour's time.

Carcar may be sent to the workshop today...sigh...what to do without carcar?! Tomorrow is the start of EMERGE... take bus bah.... hee..

Today there's a Motherhood exhibition at Expo Hall 5A, so all mothers out there, go grab some stuffs there! We will be going there later, perhaps get some diapers and look around...we're almost ready for Den's arrival. I wonder what kind of a mother i would be?!

This morning i accompanied Paulyn to TTSH for her checkup. Haha...Private Patients!

Honey came and fetch us..we went to Wee Nam Kee to have some chicken rice!

Saw Winnie the Pooh and Friends at Compasspoint! They were so cute!

My mother-in-law's friend was so nice...she gave us a year free subscription to Young Parents and Baby! Cool! :)

Doctor's visit

Later we'll be paying Dr Yvonne a visit...Jayden is coming to 34 weeks old now, 2-3 more weeks before surfacing! He's real excited now, blobbing up and down inside...i just know it.

Yesterday Angeline wanted to feel him and put her hand on him. Sensing an unfamiliar touch, he immediately stopped blobbing. After a few attempts, he kind of know that this is mummy's good friend, so showed her his little foot. Sigh.... what a boy...

Anyway, i wonder what would Dr Yvonne say later about him. I guessed he's 2.35kg, Honey guessed 2.16kg. Will update you on who is right! (mummy knows best right?!)

Today, my Da Ge, Alvin, finally tied the knot! *Clap Clap Clap! Wendy is soooo beautiful! They had an outdoor matrimony..the view is perfect!

Today's lesson: Feeding your baby! The focus was on breast feeding but learning how to bottle feed is crucial too! Look at honey feeding his "toy daughter"! Hee... he's doing really well! ;) 

Weather today..not too bad...but impending gloominess for Honey and I...

Sigh... met an accident on our way out on the expressway... sad sad...but thank God 3 of us are ok! Car Car is not in a good shape... pretty bad i would say.. :( 

Mourning

Today i bid farewell to my beloved laptop... i couldn't on him today and i've decided to give him back to the school, since today is my last day too...

As i took a last glance at him, somehow i felt quite sad... he has been with me for the past 1 over years... we dun have a computer at home... honey's using his school's laptop too... we do have one lah but too slow... dear said we can go shop for one comp later in the evening...so sad...

Hilo sis kless... my leave will start this Friday...school holidays mah... haha but i still will go back to submit all the reports and exam papers... :(

Spare me

Recently my friend from another cg, PC, kept asking me if i could meet her for some mattress survey... i declined her request a couple of times because i am really uninterested in mattresses...

i am quite appalled that she was so insistent in getting things done that she became so insensitive! She said she wanted to pop by my place on this or that date... or meet me somewhere after school or stuff... sorry PC, i know the survey means a lot to you but please try to understand that my baby is on the way and it may not be that convenient to meet your requestes for you to come over or me going to find you..etc...

Tuesday again

Went to see Coco after school, my parents away in Genting and i'm so worried that poor coco will have nothing to eat! How wrong i was.. haha... coco was fine, my brother even went home during lunch to feed her too! Haha...what a pampered doggie.

She's just so bored and because she dirtied her backside, she's so fearful that she hid under the chair all the while! When she saw me, she hid behind me all the while even though nobody is gonna scold her. Cleaned her up and calmed her down. She's really like a little baby to me!

School gave me many assignments to complete before i leave and i was told that if i cant finish i'll have to do during my maternity and send the reports to school. Impossible to finish in 2 days loh...Sigh... "Thanks for the gift!"

My Soulmate...My Best Friend

These are the exact words on our wedding bands, for mine it reads "My Best Friend" because Honey says i'm his bestest friend..hee... for his, it reads "My Soul Mate" because to me, he's the greatest mate to have..

throughout these months of pregnancy, he never eat things that i cant eat.really NEVER. it's such a sweet gesture, to tell me that i'm not in this journey alone. No wonder he's my SOUL MATE :)

Contractions

Since yesterday i started having Braxton Hicks, a sort of contractions to prepare you for the real contractions! They're painful!! Asked Jessie if the real thing is something like that...guess her reply.... 1000 times worse! Oh my!!! These few are alreay so unbearable! No wonder people need epidural!

My colleagues all told me about their induction experience...none had good ones to share. Mostly were stuff like "oh its super unbearable" or "really cham" or "super long wait"...sigh...

Den is moving more and more and he simply loves stretching whenever i'm seated down or sleeping... he is so active..and seriously, i cant really identify a time when he's sleeping! hmm... hyper baby, just like his dad :)

Time

Time! Time! Time! I want time!

Yesterday Pastor Lilian asked honey if the fact that he's gonna be a dad has sunk into him...he said it just recently hit him. Me too! Although Den has been part of me for the past 8+ months, i'm getting pretty used to him being there and not outside! Now, he's slowly finding his way out!

Den will be 33 weeks old now, which means we'll see him in another 3-4 weeks time. Every week flies so quickly! Suddenly i felt that i might "disappeared" from my friends for 1-2 months after birth and there'll be many things i cannot do with them! Oh God... I need time!

3-4 weeks is all i have now... I want to spend more time with my friends, my family and dearie. A little guy is gonna change our world after that. For the better, ofcourse.

Hectic but GREAT day :)

Today i woke up at 6am to go for breakfast then service. Can't imagine i attended 2 services! Honey wowed at my stamina today too! Haha... I thought i had better use my time to it's max before DenDen is out! Hung out with Stefany after service then we went for Sis Lilian's Birthday BBQ, we really had fun there mingling with the people. I can tell that Stef enjoyed herself too! It was a great day indeed!

Today's antenatal class: Learning how to bathe baby! Honey is so attentive...errr holding a fake baby girl?!

After class, we met up with CJ and Paulyn...here are the girls enjoying the delicious Japanese Durian Ice Cream! Yummy!

Retreat

Sis kless said people should retreat into doing things they like or some hiding places just to recharge. I need a retreat now... where should i hide today?! Haha...

Ok, i will pack up Den's room...i dunno but i find joy packing up the house and throwing unwanted stuffs... ok, that's just what i'm gonna do today ;)

Jittery Days

These few days i have been feeling really restless...heart always pounding so fast...worried about things i shouldnt be...thinking of one million and one stuffs... aiyoh!!! God!!!

God doesnt want us to worry, cos that means we dun have faith...actually i also dunno why i worry...little little things that dun even belong to me... like a friend who goes shopping alone i also worried that she might be bothered by something... sigh...time to pray...

One more week to go before school close... what about my lesson ob?! Worry again... where should we evacuate to tonight? Worry again... waaa....

A slurpy day for CoCo :)

Carried away

Many times we tried to do something to the best that we can that we actually become insentive to things or people around us, just because we're on a "mission" to finish the task. Maybe a banner that says "closed" for a moment would deliver the point?!

Lazy Day

Today is my off day! Yippee... Slept till 10am..haha..

didn't make any plans, Xi is down with flu so guess we wont be watching poseidon later. Perhaps honey can "stand in" haha! Who say i dun have any movie kakis?!

Decided to just rest and laze around... spent my whole morning and afternoon with DenDen...he can't stand it when i sit down.. but i just love watching him blopping up and down... quite a sight... i really wanna treasure every moment now cos when he's out, he'll be a separate entity altogether. It's really God's wonderous works.. guess no men or some women will ever taste that, the little life swimming and having a world of his own inside mummy. Is life interesting there denden?

Watched a few dramas and movies on SCV. Guess will have to beg dearie to let me keep channel 55 and HBO! Dear..you seeing this?! ;P Watched some Korean Ghost show "the red shoes" alamak...scary! Closed my eyes and switched to "Blade 3:Trinity". Not too bad..though still about vampires but pretty action pack! Haha...

Gonna catch a wink now, honey will be back in an hour time... zzz

Spent the night doing up some stuffs for DenDen's room :) That's now my favourite room! Honey loves it too! :) 

Happiness @ 201

Today is a happy day though i still so so so tired now...

This morning i had a hard time waking up early, 545am since i need to be in school by 8am to conduct the Napfa test. Honey sent me to school and we had breakfast at MAC with Yan Xi, my best pal. That's happiness No. 1.

Honey came and fetch me home...Happiness No.2. He bought me my fav Mee Soto..Happiness No.3. SCV for the whole night..Hapiness No. 4!

Wooo Hooo!!

SCV's here today! Yippee!!! Switched on to Animal Planet the minute i stepped into the house! Yay!!! :)
