little accident
Honey and i went to Ya Kun at Tampines for breakfast. we always wanted to have breakfast at ya kun. We went Tampines mall and walked around and gary bought a pair of slippers. you know my guy is someone who dun buy anything for himself! his previous sandals gave way until they're beyond hope then he is willing to go and "try buying". Good that he bought the new ones. he just dun buy anything for himself!
mum called me to go home and look at coco for she is so restless. when we were on our way home, a little accident happened. we stopped at a red light and were talking while waiting for the lights. suddenly we heard a "bang" followed by a jerk. i thought gary stepped on the accelerator without releasing the handbrake. i was like "dear!!!" but the next moment he opened his door and went out! i followed suit and realised a car has hit Carsi's back. our bumper was damaged! gary was pretty furious and what a sight...stopping in the middle of a 3 lanes road. the other party asked us to go and repair the bumper and he will bear the full cost of it. well, guess that kind of reduced the steam in gary. we went to the workshop and it is estimated to cost about $500-$600 to change the bumper. i was thinking "one second of mistake (the guy banging into us) would cost him that much of money" woo....bad mistake! he wanna pay cash as he didnt want to upset his insurance record. see... sometimes even a quick one second mistake can cost you a lot! not only in driving, in other things as well! be careful! i wont want to make such bad mistakes in my life! not worth it!
