Fight to live

This afternoon, Gary n i were watching this new channel on cable, called Reality TV. We happened to catch a programme called "life's little miracles". We were glued to the TV for half an hour straight!

Todays show was on a little baby who was born 4 weeks prematurely. She was so tiny!!! Her lung punctured at birth at i guess u can imagine how frail she looked like. She had tubes all over her and even her mum was prepared for the worse. Baby was under constant supervision and it showed the doctors stitching her tummy due to the holes and changing the feeding tubes through her nose to her stomach. She gave a few weak whimpers, like a helpless kitten. She was really helpless, and imagine the pain she was going through. She shook her tiny fingers which when two put together is the size of our fingernail! She tried to move but cant...after the cleaning up, the opened her eyes and looked aimlessly. She was doing very well in fact!

This baby kept on going, fought for her life, nomatter how helpless she feels, she keeps breathing. Even this 8 days old girl knows the importance of her life and didnt gave up! i want to be like her...nomatter how helpless and painful some times may be, i will still open my eyes and see the future way ahead. my life is too precious, because it costed my Master everything!
