A Mummy's Say

Yesterday my P asked me again of my leave forms are ready...oh well, actually i thought of submitting later cos i might need time to think still but since he want it so badly, i filled it in on the spot, ofcourse i know more or less what i want.

I have applied from 4th July 2006 to 31st March 2007. That's about 9 months leave in all. 4th July because DenDen is expected to be due on 14 July. Should he be out earlier, they'll push my leave forward accordingly.

By March next year, DenDen will be 9 months old, quite big for infant school and at least, not so fragile and more independent. 9 months is quite long to be a housewife, almost a year but DenDen is really precious to me. I want to make sure i give him a great headstart in life which makes all sacrifices worth while. Should there be a need to extend my leave further or totally resign, i'll have to see how DenDen progresses ;)

It can be very tiring looking after a baby full time but i told honey i can sit there and stare at him and poke him, a baby of our own! Maybe that'll take months to sink in! A little human made from 2, what i've always dreamed!

Anyway, if you're a mum, you'll know what i mean :)
