Beautiful
A recent Her World survey shows that only 3% of Singaporean women think that they are beautiful. What about the 97%? They either feel that they are ugly (mind you its not only physical beauty we're talking about, but only emtional confidence), some feel that they would rather be someone else and others said they would opt for surgery to make themselves look better so as to enhance self esteem.
I told Gary about this survey and without much thought, he said that "I know you belong to the 3%" and yes, i do!
It's not being proud or something, its all about confidence. To me, a woman is most attractive when she exhibits confidence in herself (take note, not physical outward appearance ok). Let's go beyond looking outwards for beauty alright. Some people always replied "no lah i dun think i am beautiful, humble mah".... I am proud of Father God's creation, for making who I am. Despite the many flaws and shortcomings, i still think God did a great job in creating me, and all human mankind. I wanna stand proud at thanking God for creating me wonderfully. Yes, I am beautiful, because God made me so!
Many married women no longer take care of their looks. why? i wonder.... i am always so inspired by pastor Sun, someone who really looks good everywhere, everytime. even those late nights when we were rehearsing for the big days, she still looks really good and not at all shabby!
women, rise up! stand tall! take out your self confidence. that is really one factor that is so attractive!
